How families opt in, what we send, and how to stop at any time.
The program
Sylvan Learning of Jackson, operated by Euell Ventures LLC, sends text messages to parents and guardians who ask for them. Messages come from (601) 843-9803.
Customer care messages
Replies to your questions, consultation confirmations and reminders, and scheduling updates.
Promotional messages
Occasional notices about program openings, test prep sessions and seasonal offers. These require a separate opt in.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.
How you opt in
Open the chat button in the bottom right corner of any page on this site. Enter your name, your mobile number and your question. Two separate consent boxes appear below the form, one for customer care messages and one for promotional messages. Both are unchecked until you tick them. Nothing is sent until you choose Send.

You can also text us first at (601) 843-9803. A message you send us is your request for a reply about that question only.
How you opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, call (769) 230-3050, or email [email protected].
